During 2007 Fulfords have introduced a brand new on line booking service together with a superb new website with the latest innovations to attract interest and promote confidence in new, existing and repeat visitors. Many improvements have been made to our extensive portfolio and our properties cover a wide range of character, modern, waterfront and country style properties all in the best locations and suitable for families and couples of all age groups.

As a long established local agency we have an excellent liaison with all our owners, local, u.k based and overseas with quality of service and care our highest priority. We have much local knowledge and good relations with all tradesmen, plumbers and electricians who respond promptly to us with any minor or major concerns.

Our experienced and helpful staff are familiar with all our properties, our team live locally, and can help and advise both owners and their visitors alike. We ensure that any new property placed with us is fully introduced to each member of staff, with everyone visiting to ensure once the property is featured on our website all are knowledgeable regarding its prime features for a holiday. We operate a 24-hour answer phone service and at weekends we can be contacted for any emergency by a manned mobile phone service.

We arrange annual advertising in national newspapers, periodicals, information centres and our marketing programmes include targeted postcard mail shots.

Fulfords Holiday Cottage brochure is in full colour, much requested and circulated by names retained on our database. This brochure has been very successful over the years with many of our repeat visitors remarking on its attractive layout and clear information regarding details and rental of each property.

Fulfords are part of the highly respected Countrywide plc group and offer a competitive rate of commission, fully managed with rentals paid in advance by direct debit on a monthly basis from our head office accounts department.
